The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Signs Operations and Project Coordinator to join our team in New Zealand (nationwide) (nationwide). As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with the Signs Operations Manager and other members of the team to ensure that commercial signage projects progress smoothly from quote through to completion.

• Coordinate jobs and manage project and operational administrative tasks
• Ensure alignment among customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Support the Signs Operations Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing project timelines and ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Coordinating with various stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Updating project documentation and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting in the preparation of quotes and proposals for new projects

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience in project coordination or a related field
• A strong understanding of administrative processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
