About This Position

We are seeking a Trainee Laboratory Technician to join our team in Drury. In this role, you will assist in testing construction materials both in the lab and field, maintain accurate records, and contribute to quality outcomes across all projects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct testing on aggregates, soil, asphalt, and other relevant materials
• Maintain detailed records of test results and observations
• Support the lab team in various testing procedures and quality control measures
• Assist with data analysis and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability

Skills & Qualifications

• Quick learner with a strong work ethic
• Able to maintain a steady pace while working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of construction materials and testing procedures is advantageous but not required
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
