This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for a detail-oriented maker who takes pride in clean fabrication and precise, safe installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate signs from raw materials, including cutting, shaping, finishing, and assembling components to specification.
- Install completed signage at properties across our portfolio, ensuring secure, level, and professional results.
- Operate sign shop tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Read layouts and specifications to deliver accurate, on-time signage projects.
- Coordinate with team members to support ongoing construction and development needs.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in sign fabrication, installation, carpentry, or a related skilled trade.
