Responsibilities

• Shop for customer orders across multiple local grocery stores and retailers
• Pick and pack items accurately, ensuring quality and freshness standards are met
• Navigate to customer locations and deliver orders in a timely, professional manner
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding their orders and any substitutions
• Maintain a clean vehicle and organize deliveries efficiently to maximize earnings
• Build positive customer relationships and consistently provide excellent service

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid driver's license
• Access to a reliable vehicle for shopping and delivery
• Smartphone for using the Instacart app during shifts
• Ability to lift and carry groceries regularly
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
• Flexible availability and willingness to work varied hours
