Global Pacific Support in Sugar Land, Fort Bend County is hiring a Service Advisor expert in Tekmetric to serve as the backbone of our customer experience and service operations team. What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and follow-up communications
• Navigate Tekmetric to create accurate estimates, manage work orders, and maintain complete service records
• Coordinate scheduling between customers and technicians to maximize shop efficiency
• Explain technical repair recommendations and cost implications in clear, jargon-free language
• Document customer preferences, vehicle history, and service needs within Tekmetric for continuity
• Process payments, handle billing questions, and resolve any service-related concerns
• Monitor work progress and proactively update customers on status and timelines

Who We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience with Tekmetric or similar automotive service management software
• Strong communication skills—comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical customers
• Organizational ability to juggle multiple appointments, work orders, and customer needs simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair (or eagerness to learn)
