Insight Pest Solutions LLC is hiring a Pest Control Specialist for our Milford, Hillsborough County office. This is a full-time position serving residential and commercial customers throughout the region with professional pest management services.
About the Role
As a Pest Control Specialist, you'll deliver comprehensive pest control solutions to protect properties across Hillsborough County. You'll work directly with customers, apply treatments safely and effectively, and maintain the professional standards that define Insight Pest Solutions LLC in the community.
What You'll Do
- Conduct property inspections to identify pest activity, infestation signs, and entry points
- Apply pesticides and treatments in compliance with New Hampshire regulations
- Treat residential and commercial properties for common pests including rodents, insects, and wildlife
- Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment maintenance
- Document service details and schedule follow-up treatments
- Travel to service locations throughout Hillsborough County
- Maintain and properly use all equipment and materials
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
What We're Looking For
- Valid New Hampshire F1 pesticide applicator license or ability to obtain one
- Capability to pass the NH pesticide examination
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift equipment and work outdoors
- Strong reliability and commitment to safety protocols
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn industry standards and stay current in the field
Sign-On Bonuses
- $4,000 bonus for existing New Hampshire F1 pesticide license holders
- $4,000 bonus for passing the NH pesticide exam on your first attempt
