The Opportunity
Bright Vision Technologies, a technology consulting and software development company delivering cloud, AI, data, and enterprise solutions across the United States (nationwide) (nationwide), is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Engineer. This role offers deep technical leadership, driving complex engineering initiatives, and the opportunity to shape architecture while mentoring junior engineers. The position is full-time, with no remote option available.
Core Duties
- Provide deep technical leadership across multiple teams
- Drive the design and execution of complex, cross-cutting engineering initiatives
- Shape architecture and raise the engineering bar within the organization
- Translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions through code review, design review, and mentorship
- Work closely with cross-functional partners including product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant experience in software development
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (not required but preferred)
- Strong engineering discipline with a clear communication style
- A track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production
- Comfortable operating at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and hands-on execution
