Role Overview
Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Workday Developer with extensive experience in configuring and customizing the Workday platform. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enhance the value of Workday for HR, finance, and IT stakeholders across the United States (nationwide) (nationwide).
Responsibilities
- Broad expertise in Workday configuration, reporting, calculated fields, business process design, and Extend application development
- Technical configuration and custom report design to support HR, finance, and IT operations
- Integration support for seamless data flow between systems
- Lightweight application extension work to improve functionality
- Translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions through code review, design review, and mentorship of junior engineers
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Workday development
- Strong engineering discipline with a focus on clean, maintainable code
- Clear communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional partners
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality work that performs well in production environments
