Position Summary

We are seeking a Lead Tableau Developer for a one-year contract position at KSN Technologies. Inc in Barry Square, Connecticut, CT. This is a full-time, on-site role with no remote options available.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports to support the Department of Children and Families' mission-critical applications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various systems including LINK and IV-E.
• Implement and enhance core applications such as Connecticut's Federally-reimbursed SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System).
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and best practices in data management and reporting.

Who We're Looking For

• Candidates who do not require visa sponsorship and are eligible to work on a W2 basis.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Tableau Developer, with proven expertise in developing complex data visualizations and dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of Tableau Server administration and deployment processes.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex SQL queries to extract meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
