About This Position
This role is a full-time position within Delta Capita's Global Markets Technology practice. The Senior Rates Developer will be part of a specialist team responsible for delivering pricing, eTrading and eRisk capabilities across Rates and FX products. The ideal candidate should expect to work in a dynamic environment where they can contribute to the development of low-latency, highly available pricing systems.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain Java-based applications for Rates and FX products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new features and enhancements.
- Ensure the development of robust, scalable, and performant systems that meet business requirements.
- Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Who We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Rates Developer or similar role.
- Strong Java development skills with experience in low-latency, high-performance systems.
- Familiarity with financial products and markets is desirable but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
