Senior Retirement Plan Administrator – 401 / TPA

PRIME PENSIONS INC is seeking a Senior Retirement Plan Administrator to join our Eugene, Cole County office. In this full-time role, you'll manage complex retirement plans and provide expert guidance to employers across the nation.

About the Role

As a Senior Retirement Plan Administrator at PRIME PENSIONS INC, you'll oversee the day-to-day administration of 401(k) plans, profit-sharing arrangements, cash balance plans, and defined benefit retirement programs. You'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with ERISA regulations, IRS requirements, and Department of Labor standards while maintaining the highest level of service excellence.

What You'll Do

• Administer 401(k) and other qualified retirement plans for multiple client companies
• Process employee contributions, rollovers, and distributions accurately and timely
• Ensure plan compliance with federal and state regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review plan documents and summary plan descriptions
• Respond to participant questions and resolve administrative issues
• Coordinate with plan sponsors, participants, and service providers
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for audit purposes
• Support the implementation of plan amendments and regulatory changes

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience administering ERISA-qualified retirement plans, particularly 401(k) plans
• Strong knowledge of IRS, DOL, and SEC regulations governing retirement plans
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with retirement plan administration software and platforms
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
• Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and outstanding client service
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
