What This Role Involves

Lead and manage quality assurance activities for assigned projects from project initiation to delivery. Act as the primary QA representative and customer interface for quality-related matters. Independently manage project quality requirements and serve as the QA Management Representative for assigned projects. Oversee incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality assurance activities, including inspections and acceptance.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement QA strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables meet customer expectations
• Conduct thorough testing of software products throughout the development lifecycle
• Identify and document defects, track their resolution, and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve product quality
• Create and maintain detailed QA documentation and reports

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer, preferably in the software industry
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance principles
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with clients and internal teams
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
