Position Summary
This role is for a seasoned.NET Engineer with expertise in Blazor, focusing on developing and maintaining modern web applications. The position offers technical leadership and mentoring opportunities within a distributed international team, working on telecom application software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop features and implement bug fixes using modern.NET technologies and applications.
- Provide technical guidance to developers, engineers, and interns.
- Design and create next-generation telecom application software.
- Participate in the sustainment of existing software products.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members for successful product delivery.
- Engage in global support and implementation activities as part of a distributed international team.
- Work closely with the Product Management Team on training, briefs, and deployment of new installations both internally and externally.
- Lead by example in integrating AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot into daily coding, code review, and debugging workflows.
What You Bring
- 7-12 years of experience with.NET development, particularly with a focus on web technologies.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing web applications using Blazor with C#/.NET, along with strong knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Core.
- A solid background in.Net Core 6.0/7.0/8.0 and MVC / Blazor in C#, CSS, HTML, JavaScript (jQuery is a plus).
