Position Summary

As Senior Project Manager for healthcare construction at CBRE, you will deliver strategic consulting and hands-on project leadership to healthcare sector clients. Working onsite in our Cloverdale office, you'll manage the complete project lifecycle—from initial planning and feasibility assessment through execution and completion. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, translating their healthcare facility objectives into reality through disciplined project delivery and collaborative stakeholder management.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects from conception through final completion
• Provide consulting guidance to clients on project strategy, timelines, and resource allocation
• Lead cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and subcontractors toward shared project goals
