Role Overview
Hertz is transforming into a technology-driven mobility platform, and our TNC (rideshare) business sits at the center of that evolution. As a Senior Product Manager in Mobility, you will own the end-to-end customer experience for drivers who rely on our platform to earn a living — from reservation and pickup through the on-rent journey and post-return lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Define and build a digital-first, frictionless rental experience for TNC drivers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and data science to deliver innovative solutions
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmap
- Ensure seamless integration of new features and updates into the existing platform
- Evaluate performance metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
