Role Overview

At Fin, we are on a mission to revolutionize customer support with our AI Customer Agent. As a Senior Product Engineer in the AI Group, you will be instrumental in building and enhancing our AI-powered products. This role requires working closely with both ML Scientists and product teams to define new features, research appropriate algorithms, and rapidly prototype solutions for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with ML Scientists and product teams to develop innovative AI solutions
• Deeply understand Fin's product, customer needs, and the broader tech stack
• Research and implement appropriate algorithms and technologies for new features
• Rapidly prototype and test new ML features in production environments
• Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet our customers' needs and expectations

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong background in product engineering, particularly with AI and machine learning
• Experience working with large-scale data processing and analysis
• Familiarity with common ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
