The Opportunity
At ClickHouse, we're building the AI layer for observability with our open-source platform, ClickStack. This role focuses on developing agents that can investigate incidents at scale, surface anomalies, and answer "why is production broken?" You'll be part of a team dedicated to enhancing developer experience through advanced agent capabilities built on top of petabyte-scale data.
Key Responsibilities
- Build agents that investigate incidents by surfacing anomalies and answering critical questions in real-time.
- Create skills, not just prompts, for robust and reusable functionality.
- Contribute to a library of reusable skills to improve overall agent efficiency and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in building agents and designing skills for production environments.
- A track record of working with large-scale data platforms, ideally including petabyte-scale systems.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in observability solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex incident investigations at 2 AM.
- Excellent communication skills for concise on-call summaries.
