About the Role
As a Senior Product Designer at Omada Health, you'll help build the next generation of digital care experiences aimed at slowing the progression of chronic disease. Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end product experiences for Omada's emerging care programs and innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, research, and data science partners throughout the design process.
- Create prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate concepts before they reach production.
- Iterate continuously on solutions based on user feedback, behavioral insights, and data.
- Champion a human-centered design philosophy that keeps member health outcomes at the forefront.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a product designer, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work.
- A genuinely human-centered approach to solving complex problems.
- Strong skills in prototyping, testing, and iterating on digital products.
- Comfort working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, researchers, and data scientists.
- Passion for designing products that create meaningful, lasting improvements in people's health.
