What This Role Involves

The Senior Manager of Product Design will lead design for our Product Platform—the shared capabilities that products across CaptivateIQ build on. You'll oversee a team responsible for ensuring these capabilities feel like one coherent, trustworthy system rather than a collection of tools. Due to the platform's impact on multiple products and teams, strong systems thinking, design judgment, and cross-organizational decision-making skills are essential.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of product designers while staying close to the work, personally shaping high-leverage problems and setting quality standards.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership on strategy and platform evolution.
• Ensure platform decisions affect multiple products and teams positively by driving informed design judgments across organizational boundaries.

What You Bring

Candidates should have a proven track record in leading product design teams, experience in designing cohesive systems, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration. A deep understanding of platform design principles is necessary, as well as strong communication skills and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.
