About This Position
This role supports the Director of Legal in providing strategic legal guidance on all legal issues for an educational institution. Responsibilities include shaping legal strategies, providing in-house advice, monitoring statutory and legal compliance, and reporting.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Shaping legal strategies to support institutional goals
- Providing in-house legal advice on a wide range of issues

- Reporting on legal matters and advising senior management
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly experienced legal professional with a proven track record in providing strategic legal guidance. Key requirements include:
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role, preferably within the education sector
- Demonstrated ability to provide strategic legal advice and support
- Strong knowledge of Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide)an laws and regulations relevant to educational institutions
- Excellent drafting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
