Build the skills for this role

Build strength in statutory interpretation, issue-spotting on commercial matters, evidence-gathering through interviews and document review, and clear written advice on liability and litigation risk. Depth in relevant practice areas and confident client counseling matter more than generic credentials when no certified path is specified for this listing.

Be ready to walk through how you analyze a regulation or contract risk, estimate case or dispute outcomes from precedent, and brief a business stakeholder on options. Expect scenarios on advising on transactions, claims, and when to escalate to external counsel or regulators.

Strong fit if you enjoy translating law into practical business advice under Singapore (nationwide)-based, office-based conditions, with comfort in research, strategy, and stakeholder counsel rather than only advocacy.
