About the Role
Tazapay is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support our Group General Counsel across two core areas: global regulatory licensing matters spanning jurisdictions that include Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide), the United States, Hong Kong, and Australia, and broad general counsel support across corporate, commercial, and other legal functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Group General Counsel in navigating complex regulatory environments across multiple jurisdictions.
- Manage licensing requirements for financial services operations in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide), the United States, Hong Kong, and Australia.
- Provide strategic advice on corporate governance, commercial contracts, and other legal matters as required by Tazapay’s business needs.
What You Bring
- A law degree from a reputable institution with admission to the bar in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide) or another relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory roles within financial services firms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal issues across multiple jurisdictions.
