Senior, Indirect Tax Technology – Global Trade Analytics

About the Role

As a Senior in Indirect Tax Technology, you'll drive strategic initiatives that help multinational organizations navigate global trade regulations, tariff management, and indirect tax compliance. Working with some of the world's largest enterprises, you'll design and implement technology solutions that reduce risk, improve efficiency, and unlock competitive advantage in cross-border operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and deployment of global trade and indirect tax technology platforms for Fortune 100 and mid-market clients
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand tax and trade workflows, then architect scalable technology solutions
• Guide junior consultants and technical teams through complex implementations, process improvements, and system integrations
• Analyze client data and trade patterns to identify optimization opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
• Stay current on evolving trade agreements, tariff classifications, and indirect tax regulations that impact client operations
• Present findings and recommendations to senior client leadership and internal delivery teams

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in indirect tax, global trade, customs compliance, or related professional services
• Proven expertise with trade technology platforms, indirect tax software, or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non-technical business audiences
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, supply chain, business, or related field; CPA, CIE, or similar credential is a plus
• Track record of leading client engagements and mentoring team members
