What This Role Involves

The role involves providing tactical operational HSE support and subject matter expertise to site-based leadership and work teams on an offshore oil & gas platform. Responsibilities include managing risks related to rigging, scaffolding, and other hazards associated with the decommissioning projects of offshore platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HSE support and guidance to site-based leadership and work teams
• Identify and manage risks involving rigging, scaffolding, and other hazards
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans
• Support incident investigations and root cause analysis

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HSE Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the offshore oil & gas industry, with a proven track record of delivering HSE excellence on platforms.

• Minimum 10 years' experience in HSE, preferably in the offshore oil and gas sector
• Demonstrated ability to provide tactical operational HSE support
• Strong risk management skills and incident investigation expertise
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in challenging environments
