About the Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer (React Native) at Mindera, you'll take a lead position in architecting, building, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications using React Native. This is a contract position based in Ho Chi Minh City where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions. You'll be expected to mentor junior engineers, establish best practices, and drive technical excellence across our mobile development practice.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust React Native components and features for iOS and Android platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize app efficiency across different devices and operating systems
• Manage the full development lifecycle, from architectural planning through testing and deployment
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help establish development standards within the engineering team

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven expertise in React Native development with multiple shipped applications
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend patterns
• Experience with native iOS and Android development or platform-specific integrations
• Solid understanding of state management, navigation, and performance optimization in mobile apps
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication abilities and experience mentoring or leading technical initiatives
