About the Role

As a Senior Footwear Project Designer in our Design Accelerator, you'll drive the creative and technical development of footwear projects that push boundaries. Working within a dynamic innovation program, you'll take ownership of design initiatives, translating strategic vision into compelling footwear solutions that resonate with athletes and communities worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end footwear project design, from concept development through prototype refinement and production readiness
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and supply chain teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturing excellence
• Develop detailed design specifications, technical drawings, and visual communications that guide product development
• Mentor and support junior design team members, fostering a culture of creative problem-solving and continuous improvement
• Research market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform design direction
• Participate in design reviews, testing, and iteration to optimize performance, comfort, and aesthetic appeal

What We're Looking For

• Extensive professional experience in footwear design or related product design discipline
• Advanced proficiency with design software, CAD tools, and rapid prototyping technologies
• Deep understanding of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Proven ability to lead complex design projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders
