Role Overview
The Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior Data Manager to provide operational support across multiple early-phase clinical studies. This role will oversee Contract Research Organization (CRO) oversight and ensure the integrity of data management processes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive CRO oversight for early-phase clinical trials, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and quality control measures.
- Manage and maintain accurate data records, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient study execution.
- Develop and implement data management strategies that support the overall success of clinical trials.
- Ensure all data is properly documented and stored in a secure, compliant manner.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Data Manager or related role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Proven track record in CRO oversight for early-phase clinical studies.
- Strong understanding of GCP and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification is a plus but not required.
