In this Tampa-based Senior Asset Manager position, you will work alongside an established real estate investment manager known for its enduring history of acquiring, developing, and operating retail properties throughout the Southeast. The firm oversees a diversified holdings base and is looking for a seasoned professional to lead strategy and drive measurable results across a collection of premium retail assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute business plans across a portfolio of institutional-quality retail real estate assets.
• Develop and implement value-creation strategies spanning acquisition, development, and ongoing operations.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to enhance returns across Southeast markets.
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance investment objectives.
• Provide reporting, analysis, and recommendations that support sound decision-making at the asset level.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate asset management, ideally within retail or commercial property portfolios.
• Strong command of business plan execution, underwriting, and portfolio strategy.
• Familiarity with the acquisition, development, and operation of income-producing real estate.
• Analytical mindset paired with the ability to drive results across a diversified asset base.
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida.
