About the Role
As a Graduate Associate at The Ladder Group, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting research initiatives that inform critical business decisions across industries and geographies. You'll work alongside seasoned experts while developing deep expertise in research methodology, client engagement, and market analysis. This role offers direct exposure to the full research lifecycle and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our clients' success from day one.
What You'll Do
- Conduct primary and secondary research to support ongoing client engagements and strategic projects
- Prepare research summaries, reports, and analytical documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in scheduling and conducting expert interviews and client calls under supervision
- Support project managers in managing timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
- Contribute to industry research initiatives across multiple sectors and geographic markets
- Develop proficiency with research databases, CRM systems, and analytical tools
What We're Looking For
- Recent university graduate with a bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, communications, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize complex information clearly
- Self-motivated and eager to learn research methodologies and client service excellence
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
- Interest in business research, market analysis, or strategic consulting
