Senior Analyst, Supply Planning

Danaher is hiring a Senior Analyst, Supply Planning in the United States to join our Global Supply Chain organization. This full-time position offers the opportunity to optimize inventory flow and drive operational efficiency across our worldwide distribution network.

About the Role

In this position, you'll oversee supply planning strategy for finished goods inventory across Danaher's global secondary distribution centers. You'll create comprehensive planning strategies that coordinate demand forecasts, material supply, and distribution capacity to enable optimal product delivery to customers. Working under the Manager of Network Supply Planning, you'll apply systems thinking and data-driven decision-making to balance cost, service, and inventory performance while managing a significant customer portfolio.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Establish parts for every part (PFEP) replenishment strategies for finished goods stock keeping units across our worldwide distribution infrastructure
• Drive on-time delivery performance, inventory turnover, and cost efficiency for your assigned product portfolio on a global scale
• Configure and maintain supply planning parameters in enterprise resource planning systems to generate accurate demand signals to factories and suppliers
• Collaborate with teams across functions and geographies on continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Danaher's systematic improvement approach
• Oversee customer relationships, ensuring fulfillment commitments are met and supporting strategic business priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant experience in supply chain, planning, or procurement, or a Master's degree and 5+ years in these fields
• Minimum 2 years in finished goods planning or network capacity planning, with demonstrated experience in material requirements planning (MRP) and master production scheduling (MPS) systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging effectively with stakeholders across multiple organizational levels and geographies
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the year

Preferred experience includes sales and operations planning processes, Oracle ERP and cloud systems, finished goods planning for medical devices or biotechnology, and supply chain improvement methodologies.

The annual salary range for this role is $83,000 to $125,000, and you may qualify for bonus and incentive compensation.
