About the Role

As Senior Analyst for Investor Relations and External Communications, you'll play a key part in our mission to help healthcare and biotech leaders engage effectively with investors and external stakeholders. Working within a fast-paced, high-growth client services environment, you'll contribute to the development and execution of investor relations strategy for some of the industry's most important voices. This role is ideal if you're passionate about healthcare communications and thrive in a dynamic, purpose-driven setting.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of investor relations campaigns and communications strategies for biotech and healthcare clients
• Conduct research on market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive positioning to inform client strategy
• Assist in drafting and editing communications materials, including press releases, investor presentations, fact sheets, and website content
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely, accurate delivery of client communications
• Monitor media coverage, stakeholder sentiment, and campaign performance; report insights to support strategy refinement
• Contribute to new business development and proposal efforts

Who We're Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex healthcare and scientific information for diverse audiences
• Demonstrated interest in or familiarity with biotech, healthcare, or life sciences sectors
• Excellent research, analytical, and organizational abilities
• Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in communications, marketing, or a related field
