About the Role

As Assistant Store Manager at Carter's, you'll partner with the Store Manager to ensure our Sun Valley location runs smoothly every single day. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, mentor and develop our store team, and uphold the high standards our customers expect when they walk through our doors.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise store team members, providing coaching, training, and support to drive performance and engagement
• Greet and assist customers with expert product knowledge, helping families find exactly what they need for every stage of childhood
• Manage store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols
• Monitor inventory, merchandise displays, and store appearance to create an inviting shopping environment
• Support sales goals and promotional initiatives while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues appropriately
• Communicate with Store Manager on staffing needs, performance, and operational challenges
