About the Role
As a Wireless Specialist at Russell Cellular, you'll be the expert customers trust when choosing their mobile service, devices, and plans. You'll combine product knowledge with genuine customer service to close sales, increase customer lifetime value, and represent our brand with professionalism in our Cookeville location.
What You'll Do
- Consult with customers on wireless plans, devices, and service options that match their needs
- Process sales transactions and complete customer accounts accurately and efficiently
- Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets through dedicated effort and product expertise
- Stay current on wireless products, promotions, and industry trends
- Maintain a professional, welcoming store environment
What We're Looking For
- Sales drive and genuine interest in wireless technology and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work full-time in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Reliability and professional work ethic
- Prior wireless, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a base rate of $12.00 per hour plus uncapped commission potential. Team members earning commission average $17.00 per hour, with opportunity to earn more. Russell Cellular also provides health, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid sick days, company holidays, and an employer-matched 401(k) plan.
