Group Sales Account Executive, Ticket Sales

About the Role

As a Group Sales Account Executive in our Ticket Sales division, you'll lead the end-to-end sales process for group events and premium ticketing packages. You'll be the primary point of contact for corporate and group clients, leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities, craft tailored proposals, and close deals that exceed revenue targets. Your strategic approach combined with consultative selling will set you apart in building a thriving group sales portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Identify and prospect new group clients through research, networking, and outbound business development
• Develop customized group ticketing packages and proposals aligned with client needs and budget
• Present group sales offerings to prospective clients with emphasis on value, experience, and ROI
• Negotiate contract terms and close group sales transactions within established timelines
• Manage the full client lifecycle—onboarding, support, and upsell opportunities for repeat business
• Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams to execute successful group events and deliverables
