About the Role
As a Sales Support Administrator I, you'll partner closely with the Sales Support Team to review, clean up, and correct contracts within SAP. Your day-to-day focus is delivering dependable administrative assistance that keeps sales operations accurate and moving forward. This is a full-time position based in Sarasota, Manatee County, with some scheduling flexibility around a preferred Eastern Time window of roughly 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, correct, and tidy contract records within SAP to improve overall data quality.
- Provide daily administrative support to the Sales Support Team and assist with related tasks as they arise.
- Coordinate and communicate clearly with teammates to resolve discrepancies and questions.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and consistency across all documentation.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with SAP is preferred, particularly involving contract or data corrections.
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting information right the first time.
- Clear, collaborative communication skills for working effectively with fellow team members.
- Comfort working on-site in Sarasota, Manatee County, with availability aligned to an Eastern Time schedule.
