About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team and drive significant growth within the Financial Services sector. This is a key role focused on hunting new business opportunities, establishing and potentially building our sales function dedicated to Financial IT Services (FSIs).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business opportunities in the banking, insurance, wealth management, and other financial services sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Lead sales initiatives and drive revenue growth within the FSIs domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the FSI landscape, including banking, insurance, wealth management, and other related sectors.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organization.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
