Belkins at a glance

belkins.com

Belkins is hiring a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join one of our delivery units — a full-time role open across Croatia, Czechia, Georgia, Moldova, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, and Ukraine.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Belkins, you'll sit inside a delivery unit led by an Account Strategist and backed by a Delivery Lead, Content Strategist, Researcher, and Email Deliverability Specialist. That structure removes the manual grind — like lead research — so you can concentrate on what moves deals: calls, replies, and booked meetings. You'll run several client projects at the same time, driving high-volume cold outreach through a power dialer while personally owning every reply from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run outbound calling campaigns through a power dialer (Nooks) across 3–6 client accounts at once, handling live objections and steering each call toward a confirmed appointment.
  • Track connect rate and call-to-meeting conversion, raising performance concerns to your Account Strategist early.
  • Personally manage every inbound reply from email (Reply.io / Inbox AI) and LinkedIn (Expandi), responding within 4–8 working hours and nurturing prospects to a booking.
  • Schedule appointments and share meeting details with the team over Slack.
  • Own your metrics — connect, reply, and conversion rates — and feed structured feedback to Research, Content, and EDS to lift lead quality and messaging.
  • Maintain clean HubSpot records and deliver a weekly recap your Account Strategist can act on.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience with a strong cold-calling track record.
  • Polished, error-free written English for managing email and LinkedIn replies — roughly half of this role.
  • Fluent spoken English and comfort working across U.S. and European time zones.
  • Solid command of CRM and automation platforms, plus enough technical fluency to support campaign setup, spot issues, and partner with the right teams to clear blockers.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple client projects in parallel without dropping quality or pace.
  • A genuine self-starter — there are no fixed hours, and results depend on your initiative.

About Belkins

Founded in 2017 as a single-service appointment-setting agency, Belkins has grown into Belkins Group, an ecosystem of SalesTech and MarTech services and products.
