CDW is hiring a full-time Sales Contact Center Representative based in Chicago, Cook County, with an August 10th start date. In this role, you'll be the voice of the CDW brand, managing both inbound customer inquiries and outbound sales calls to deliver solutions and drive results.

This is a full-time position in our Chicago contact center.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls from customers seeking technology solutions, information, and support
• Conduct outbound sales calls to identify customer needs and present relevant CDW offerings
• Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to close
• Recommend technology solutions tailored to customer requirements and budgets
• Build rapport and trust by demonstrating deep product knowledge and genuine care for customer success
• Document interactions accurately in our CRM system and maintain detailed customer records
• Meet or exceed sales targets and service quality metrics
• Represent CDW's commitment to exceptional customer experience in every interaction

What We're Looking For

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Sales experience or demonstrable ability to close deals through consultative selling
• Ability to learn technology products and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences
• Professional phone manner with a customer-first attitude
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under performance targets
• Comfort with CRM software and standard business systems
• Available to start on August 10th and maintain consistent, reliable attendance
