Sales Associate – Optical – Part Time – Bilingual Spanish

America's Best is seeking a full-time Sales Associate for our Optical department at our Miami Gardens location in Miami-Dade County. In this role, you'll help customers find the perfect eyewear for their lifestyle and budget while delivering excellent customer service. Bilingual Spanish fluency is required.

As an Optical Sales Associate at America's Best, you're the bridge between customers and the eyewear that transforms how they see the world. You'll work in a fast-paced retail environment where every customer interaction is an opportunity to deliver exceptional service and expert guidance.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and assess their eyewear needs based on lifestyle, prescription requirements, and budget
• Recommend and present eyewear options that match each customer's visual and lifestyle needs
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses according to prescriptions
• Educate customers on lens care, maintenance, and proper use
• Process transactions and handle payments accurately
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays
• Support store sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in Spanish and English (bilingual required)
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, patient demeanor
• Ability to explain optical products and vision care in clear terms
• Reliable, professional presence with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and stay current with optical products and fitting techniques
• Basic retail and point-of-sale experience is a plus
