RN - Emergency Room (ER) at MVHS in Deerfield, New York

About This Position

MVHS is seeking a Registered Nurse for an exciting 12.71-week travel assignment in the Emergency Room (ER) located in Utica, NY. This position offers flexible shifts and a dynamic work environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and provide appropriate care within the ER setting.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions for patients of all ages.
• Document patient care activities in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for both staff and patients.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current New York State licensure required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an Emergency Room setting is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
