RN - Emergency Room (ER) at MVHS in Deerfield, Oneida County About This Position MVHS is seeking a Registered Nurse for an exciting 12.71-week travel assignment in the Emergency Room (ER) located in Utica, NY. This position offers flexible shifts and a dynamic work environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Evaluate patient conditions and provide appropriate care within the ER setting. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions for patients of all ages. Document patient care activities in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for both staff and patients. Requirements Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current New York State licensure required. Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an Emergency Room setting is preferred. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
