About the Role

As a Retail Sales Manager at Harbor Freight Tools in Elmsford, you'll lead sales operations and team performance in one of our stores. This is a full-time position offering an anticipated hourly range of $29.00–$31.90, depending on experience and qualifications. You'll be empowered to drive sales results while supporting and developing your team in a culture that values your contributions and recognizes the impact of your work.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily sales operations and oversee team performance metrics
• Coach and develop sales associates to achieve individual and store goals
