Whether someone needs a replacement alternator for their truck, engine oil for routine maintenance, or advice on performance upgrades, you'll use your product knowledge and customer service skills to guide them to the perfect match. You'll work in a fast-paced retail environment where every interaction strengthens our reputation in the Fletcher community.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend the correct parts based on vehicle year, make, model, and specific application
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash and card payments
• Maintain well-organized shelves, displays, and inventory throughout the store
• Assist with core exchanges and manage returned merchandise
• Provide expert advice on product compatibility, installation, and vehicle maintenance

Qualifications
