About the Role

As a Retail Lead at Sur La Table, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and operational success within our retail store. You will lead the sales floor as Manager on Duty (MOD), provide coaching to team members, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. This leadership position supports the General Manager or Store Manager in achieving key objectives.

• Lead the sales floor and oversee daily operations as MOD
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to elevate performance and team engagement
• Communicate performance issues directly to the General Manager/Store Manager
• Support onboarding, training, and development of new associates

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand and culture by delivering exceptional customer service
• Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain a #bestincenter customer experience
