About the Role

As Resident Service Coordinator for Squire Village in Manchester, you'll partner with our residents to create pathways for growth, learning, and achievement. This is a full-time position where you'll design and deliver programs that enhance quality of life, build community connection, and support residents' vocational and educational aspirations.

• Develop and coordinate resident programming focused on education, skills training, and career development

What We're Looking For

• Experience in community services, resident engagement, program coordination, or similar field
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse populations
• Commitment to resident empowerment and sustainable community development
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in social services a plus
