About the Role

As the Property Manager for Vesta Corporation, you will own the performance of a sizable affordable housing community in the Chestnut Hill area, serving the broader Manchester and Willimantic, CT region. This is an on-site, full-time position centered on operational excellence, team leadership, and a high standard of resident service. Sign-on bonuses may be available — ask during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the full scope of day-to-day operations for a large affordable housing property.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate an on-site team of leasing and maintenance professionals.
• Oversee occupancy, leasing activity, and the overall resident experience.
• Maintain the community to high standards of safety, appearance, and functionality.
• Support compliance with the requirements that govern affordable housing communities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing property operations, ideally within affordable housing.
• A proven record of overseeing a large residential community successfully.
• Leadership ability to guide and develop leasing and maintenance staff.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work on-site full-time in the Chestnut Hill, Windham County area.
