Join C P DEVELOPMENT as a Rental Agent in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County. We're a locally focused property management company seeking a full-time Rental Agent to connect tenants with quality apartments in the Regent Square area.
Role Overview
As a Rental Agent with C P DEVELOPMENT, you'll play a central role in our apartment leasing operations. This position offers meaningful autonomy to bring your own creative ideas to tenant outreach and marketing, while collaborating with our team to solve problems and exceed tenant satisfaction. You'll represent our properties with professionalism and enthusiasm, managing the full tenant experience from initial inquiry through move-in.
Your Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct property showings and apartment tours for prospective tenants
- Answer tenant inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Screen tenant applications and compile required documentation
- Prepare lease agreements and guide tenants through the signing process
- Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective residents
- Coordinate with the team to resolve tenant questions and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of property inquiries and leasing activity
Who We're Looking For
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals who own tenant satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team problem-solving
- Organizational skills and attention to detail with documentation
