Working remotely from Reno, you'll blend communication expertise with administrative skill to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

What You'll Do

• Receive and respond to customer inbound calls, offering knowledgeable assistance grounded in our service offerings and internal procedures
• Conduct outbound calling to engage prospects and existing clients, with focus on expanding business opportunities and strengthening customer relationships
• Apply established guidelines, communication protocols, and call scripts while tailoring your approach to individual customer situations
• Leverage your working knowledge of company services, products, project directories, and resources to deliver confident, accurate support
• Prepare and produce letters, documentation, and related written materials to support customer interactions and operational needs
• Maintain detailed records of customer contacts and engagement outcomes
