About the Role

As a Relationship Executive specializing in Emerging Middle Market Commercial Banking, you will serve as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor to a portfolio of business clients. Your role centers on acquiring new client relationships, deepening existing partnerships, and positioning JPMorgan Chase as the preferred financial partner for mid-market businesses in your region.

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Emerging Middle Market segment, managing the full sales cycle from prospect to client onboarding
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
• Provide comprehensive financial advice and solutions tailored to clients' growth, working capital, and treasury needs
• Collaborate across JPMorgan Chase teams—including credit, cash management, and investment banking—to deliver integrated solutions
• Manage and expand your client portfolio, ensuring consistent engagement and relationship growth
• Work independently to set priorities, achieve targets, and drive business results
• Stay informed on market conditions, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the Syracuse and surrounding regions

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in commercial banking relationship management or a related client-facing banking role
• Strong track record of building and maintaining long-term business relationships
• Ability to analyze financial statements, understand business drivers, and recommend strategic solutions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior business executives
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
