CSEngineering is hiring a full-time Operations Training and Stan/Eval Support specialist to join their team in Warrensburg, Johnson County — supporting a federal aviation operations program through expert Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS).

About the Role

This position sits at the intersection of military aviation training and operational rigor. As an Operations Training and Stan/Eval Support specialist with CSEngineering, you will provide contractor support for non-flying operational duties tied to a federal aviation program — keeping training programs current, aircrew schedules coordinated, and standardization/evaluation processes running at mission-ready standards. This is a ground-level, high-impact role for professionals who understand how training quality and eval discipline directly affect operational outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Deliver Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) in support of a federal aviation operations program at the Warrensburg, Johnson County installation
• Coordinate and maintain aircrew scheduling support, ensuring operational timelines and crew-rest requirements are accurately tracked
• Develop, update, and manage operations training materials, syllabi, and records in compliance with applicable regulations and program standards
• Support standardization and evaluation (Stan/Eval) functions, including scheduling evaluations, maintaining eval records, and preparing documentation packages
• Assist with tracking qualification currencies, training progression, and readiness data across assigned aircrew populations
• Coordinate with government leads and unit operations officers to align training plans with mission requirements
• Prepare briefings, reports, and administrative products that keep leadership informed on training status and Stan/Eval findings

What We're Looking For

• Background in military aviation operations, flight operations administration, or a related defense support role
• Familiarity with standardization/evaluation programs within a US Army, Air Force, or federal aviation context
• Experience with aircrew scheduling systems, training management software, or similar operational support tools
• Working knowledge of A&AS contracting environments and the boundaries of contractor support on federal programs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — training records and eval documentation must be accurate and audit-ready at all times
• Ability to obtain and maintain the security clearance level required for the supported program
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination with both contractor colleagues and government personnel
