About the Role
As a Residential Plumber - Commercial Service Tech, you'll travel throughout the greater metro Atlanta area handling both residential and commercial plumbing work. Each day brings a fresh mix of repairs, scheduled maintenance, and client interaction, so dependable troubleshooting and friendly communication are essential to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and complete plumbing repairs and routine maintenance at residential and commercial properties across metro Atlanta.
- Commute reliably to job sites throughout the Lawrenceville and Gwinnett County region and surrounding areas.
- Prepare clear, accurate quotes for recommended services and repairs.
- Communicate with customers through email and phone calls, including timely follow-up after service visits.
- Deliver a professional, customer-first experience on every call.
Qualifications
- Strong, hands-on plumbing troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving service environment.
- A genuine commitment to customer service and clear communication.
- Comfortable traveling daily to assignments across the metro Atlanta area.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage quotes and client follow-ups independently.
